Description
The Spotcinctus Clownfish is characterized as having three white stripes with white spots or blobs in between the stripes. Two-Band Clownish are more triangle shaped compared to the more common ocellaris clownfish. This clownfish can be hosted by an anemone. It will accept most anemones, but you can’t go wrong with a classic bubble tip anemone. You can also keep them in pairs, but you should not keep more than two in one aquarium. Also, keep in mind that these clownfish are more on the aggressive side. If you add them last or close to last, after all the shy fish, you should not have too many problems. These clownfish are very active and lively, making them delightful to watch. They make great reef fish and are easy to care for!

More Information
Because Spotcinctus are captive-bred, they are easier to care for than their wild-caught counterparts. They are more resilient to disease, are more accustomed to aquarium life, and handle the stress of shipping better. They are overall more hardy fish. This is great news for you, but these beautiful fish also benefit the ocean. By purchasing captive-bred fish, you are helping the ocean by discouraging the harmful wild-caught trade and supporting the captive-bred industry.
