Description
You cannot go wrong with a Fancy Ocellaris Clownfish. They have vibrant orange bodies and thick white stripes. They are outlined in a deep black the fades into orange towards the center. It is a truly elegant looking fish. A pair of them is even more beautiful. However, if you want to keep this fish in a pair with another ocellaris clownfish, you can! As long as there is a large size difference, you can keep any two variants of ocellaris clownfish together as a pair. These fish are just as easy to keep as other ocellaris clownfish. They eat like crazy, and fluctuation in water don’t phase them. This fish is great for both beginners looking for an easy fish and advanced hobbyists who want something out of the ordinary. They are peaceful towards other fish, but should not be kept with large predatory fish. Fancy Ocellaris Clownfish can, of course, be hosted by certain anemone species such a bubble tip anemone. However, an anemone is not required.

More Information
Captive-bred fish such as this Fancy Ocellaris Clownfish are exceptionally hardy and easy to care for. They are far less likely to carry disease because they are not exposed to as many fish as wild-caught fish. They are also better adapted to aquarium life and better able to handle the stress of shipping than wild-caught specimens. Purchasing captive-bred fish helps the ocean by discouraging the harmful wild-caught trade and supporting the captive-bred industry. This makes our beautiful hobby more sustainable!
