Description
The Innovative Marine ChaetoMax Refugium Light: A Tiny Sun for Your Refugium.
From little strands of Chaetomorpha algae to hulking mangroves, plants carry out the bulk of photosynthesis in most ecosystems. Because each plant species is adapted to special light conditions of its natural habitat, growth rates is best under specific types of illumination. Even if it is small, an artificial lighting system (particularly if made for plants) must also be intense. Just as importantly, it should produce the correct light spectrum. The Innovative Marine Aqua Gadget ChaetoMax Fuge Light is specially designed for the cultivation of marine flora in general and shallow-water green algae (such as chaeto) in particular. The ChaetoMax light increases your macro growth to remove nutrients like nitrate and phosphate.
What Can This Fuge Light Do?
Squeezing in an impressive 45 high-efficiency LEDs, the ChaetoMax refugium light delivers intense illumination of plant growth-promoting spectra. It can brightly illuminate your macroalgal bed in even the smallest or awkward of spaces. This compact but powerful lighting system is made specially for refugia; it features a sleek shape that allows for best fit and maneuverability when used within the tight confines of an aquarium cabinet. It is designed to emit a spectrum that encourages algae and other plants to grow optimally. Certain spectra that fall between 400-470nm, as well as between 620-680nm, are specially utilized by the plant’s photosynthetic machinery, leading to faster growth with no wasted energy. It can mount either horizontally or vertically behind your AIO. You can also mount it on a sump or planted marine nano tank. What’s more, it has a sturdy aluminum construction and generates very little heat! Includes power supply.
